Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

Crumb Topping:

2/3 cup light brown sugar

1 tablespoon flour

2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup cold and diced butter

1 cup chopped and crushed pecans

Cake:

1/2 cup softened cannabis butter

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

2 cups cannabis flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Topping:

 Mix together the light brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon.

 Add butter and use hands to form a crumb mixture.

 Mix in pecans and set aside.

 Cream cannabis butter and sugar in a bowl.

 Add eggs and beat until light and fluffy.

 In a separate bowl; mix the cannabis flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

 Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with the sour cream.

 Continue mixing until the batter is smooth.

 Stir in vanilla extract.

 Pour batter into a greased cake pan.

 Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the top.

 Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

 Allow cooling 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
